A physician and I are considering opening a clinic focused on sexual health in a medium-size city in the South (think Charlotte, Richmond, Raleigh). We want to model it off of this http://express.dean.st/ as well as other high-performing sexual health clinics (NYC Chelsea clinic). One of the draws would be to get rapid turn-around in STD testing.

For those of you that get tested periodically, would you prefer

  1. an environment that was more spa-like and offered other sexual health services and products (e.g., treatment of erectile dysfunction; sexual performance coaching; toys and other sex-related products)

OR

2) A more bare-bones clinic, similar to an urgent care center, focused just on STDs, HIV, contraception, etc.?
