Look man, you only get one life to live. Most of us here are 18 - late 30's, if there was ever a time to chase girls, it's now. I wont hate on that guy because he deserves his success. I don't think there's a right or wrong way to live life. I understand that you're trying to make sure that some people don't waste their life chasing girls because girls don't inherently add value like money does, but you have to understand that your post is aggressively telling people how they should live their life when it's really not your place to tell anyone that, that's all I'm saying.
Yes, looks are something you're born with but just as you stated looks can be improved upon by going to the gym, losing weight, dressing better, and body language. Luckily, I was born with above average looks and I've been amplifying this with the things I just mentioned.

I don't blame anyone for anything in my life. I make my own decisions and anything that goes wrong in my life, I attempt to fix it. You're making leaps in judgmenet, I'm not broke now, just because I'm not building an empire to get rich doesn't mean that I'm broke.
Also anyone can get divorced at 40, that's not exclusive to somebody choosing to live the lifestyle that I choose to live, so that point was stupid. Again, if I want to start a business, I could do that in my 30's. Right now, I'm in my 20's and I want to enjoy my life. It's really that simple. You can continue to work your youth away, so that when you're 40 with a head of gray hair if any at all from building your "empire" trying to pay 21 year old influencers to pretend to like you since they never genuinly did when you were young, I hope that works out for you lol

This is a bullshit myth, everyone gets old and looks eventually will fade at some point. Yes, some men can still be very attractive in their 40's, but that is the exception not the rule and that's only if the man actually takes care of himself. Which fitness is actually harder the older you get.
You're probably going to name a bunch of movie actors in their late 30's and 40's that are complete exceptions to the rule. How many attractive 40 year old men do you see in the U.S. walking around? Almost none, they're all old fat and have no sense of style.
If I offered you a tinder experiment where we look at men aged 18 - 30 on tinder and compared them to men who are aged 30 - 45, which group of men do you think the average women would find more sexually attractive? What would you actually bet your hard earned money on?
