First post here - I looked back two years to see if it was asked before.

Men/women how do you feel about someone who swears? Either on a date or over text.

Reason I’m asking - I’m new to this and pretty polite, professional and I never swear. I’m experienced from my younger years but now in my 30s and have prioritized my career for a while so I’d like to get better at dating/approaching women im attracted to.

Anyway I was on a date with a girl the other day and she dropped in a casual “fuck” during our conversation. For some reason I thought it was so hot - it made her seem unabashed, wild and comfortable around me. It made me start swearing a bit too and I felt more relaxed, and felt like the date was going well. (We’ve had more dates since then).

How do other people feel about swearing and is it a turn off or make you feel comfortable?
