I met a girl at a club and noticed her looking at me. She asked if I was interested, and I said, "Yes, sure." She then mentioned, "You have to know, I’m complicated." As she was leaving right after, I got her number.

Two days later, I asked her out on a date. She replied quickly, declined the suggested date, but offered an alternative. Unfortunately, the date she suggested fell during a two-week vacation I had already planned. I contacted her again after I returned, and we met up. I ended up staying over, and we had sex several times. We connected really well, talked a lot, and I find her amazing. She also told me she had recently ended a 7-year relationship (about 10 months ago).

Two days later, I asked if we could meet again in my town in 5 days. She said she was busy but could meet the following week (10 days from now).

My Question:

I’m not a big Texter, and being dyslexic makes it hard for me to express myself well in texts. I might also be overthinking things because I really like her. In person, I feel confident, but I worry about keeping her interested until we meet.

Yesterday, I texted her because something reminded me of her. The conversation was short, and while she responded immediately, I feel like we didn’t fully understand each other (possibly because of my dyslexia). Looking back, I think I should’ve avoided texting her.

How should I handle the days until we meet? She once recommended a movie, and I’m planning to watch it. I was thinking to text her about this in the upcoming days.

Also if it is important. We have only the number of each other. No Social Media or anything.
