That feeling before the approach

One thing about youtubers or content creators is that they have a purpose of creating content when they go into interactions. So their main goal probably isn't getting the number but creating good content, hence the anxiety coming from rejection kinda just gets pushed out of the way.

Two ways to go about this:

1 - Endure the unnatural process of approaching women who HAVE NOT given you ANY indication they're interested enough in you FOR you to approach.

2 - Deal with the anxiety/nervousness/pit-in-your-stomach type of feeling, not from just doing approaches, but dealing with the issues internally.

MOST guys choose option 1, go through YEARS of rejection, approaches, have some success, and still get that 'in-the-gut' feeling before every approach.

The way I've been able to tackle this problem is so simple, you, and most people like you "on this journey of pickup" will overlook it, laugh at it, dismiss it and say "bullshit", but it's how all naturals operate, effortlessly.

Here it is:

Do meditation. Specifically, Natural Grounding (YouTube it).

Changed my life.

Will change yours.

Essentially, you're meditating to very feminine, flirty women. Tapping into their energy that "grounds" your masculine energy, thus, bringing out their natural behaviour.

The reason why that feeling doesn't (and will NEVER) go away, is because it's unnatural and you're having to force yourself to do unnatural behaviours to get a result.

What's unnatural about it, you may ask?

Women are supposed to give YOU the invitation to approach BEFORE you approach. Things just "work" when they first say "Yes!".

They say men are the "initiators". In reality, we're the "finishers". We lead things only when a woman has agreed to your advances before you advance.

When you don't have that greenlight from a woman, it's like going into the lions den. You may or may not come out (socially) alive. It's natures way of protecting you.

I still approach women, but that feeling you get, for me, is non-existent. Why? Before I approach, she's already signaled to me in some way "I WANT you to approach!".

Cold Approaching literally means "a woman's on ice UNTIL you 'maybe' do something to warm her up to your advances", but damn is that hard work. I know because I did it for years.

I’m still working on this too, man, and I’m just getting back into the game. So you’re not alone.

Take deep breaths when you’re approaching her. Trust me - it’ll dissipate even for a little bit because you’re trying to stay calm, as you should.

It's normal if you're not used to doing it, you aren't used to being a social person in public, or if you allow your mind the time to build a woman up to be higher than you (ex: you take an hour to approach a woman you see at a bar)

Try talking to more people in public without an outcome in mind. Make small talk, compliment someone, make an observation, ask a question, etc. The more you do stuff like that, the more cold approach feels like just another conversation.

Why view this feeling as a negative thing?

One thing that changed approach anxiety for me was to totally re-frame it and start viewing it as a positive thing.

Enjoy it, seriously this is what makes interactions fun and exciting.
