The #1 thing that stops me from cold approaching a random girl is the fact that my face would turn really red, anyone else experience this? What's a good way to stop this from happening?

When you keep approaching eventually you won't be red. Some girls probably think it's cute. You can even comment on it "haha I was actually feeling kind of nervous cause I don't do this much.."

Thats a normal physiological reaction. your blood vessels expand caused by adrenaline and testosterone when facing anxiety or fear. Your body gets in alert mode. I believe it to be a positive thing when talking to a girl. In one part, this rush of hormones puts you in a higher mental state. You become suddenly more mindful and alert. This is important when talking to a girl. You want to be completely present to read her reactions and react as a masculine figure not react as a beta. Your face becomes red and you look healthier. Don't think a girl is gonna tell you "your face looks red". My face used to get really red too when i started with game. but never ever had a girl point it out. I really wouldn't worry about it. Think of it as a cognitive boost. It's a signal that you're ready to for the interaction.

That's a common problem. You're not alone. It comes from nerves. Even when you don't care about rejection, there's a part of you that's nervous because you're just not used to it. The way to prevent this is through practice and mindset. Get some of the right ideas into your head and they will naturally keep you calm and collected when approaching. Check out the Sexual Frame.
