Ted Bundy absolutely hated women, he used his charm to lure them in against their own inhibitions, and then he snuffed them out. He was ultra-confident and approached them regularly and without fear. His view of women as human garbage is exactly what allowed his rampant level of success with wide swaths of women.

By adopting a similar mindset of viewing the women around you as utterly worthless, you will notice yourself instinctively acting less inhibited and far more confident around them. This is because most guys who have problems with women do so because they place women on a pedestal. This especially works well if you’re looking for casual sex, women seem to be drawn to men who contempt them.
