If you guys have already had sex and she said that, then I'm pretty sure she's saying that, to her, she doesn't view what you guys have as just a casual hookup and that she wants a relationship.

Make it clear to her what you want, and what you're open to. Ask her to do the same. If you're not on the same page, maybe enjoy the evening, but then move on and find someone you're more on the same page with. Don't try to force something that you're not both looking for.
