On Thursday my friend made me talk to this girl on campus. I didn't have a problem. I walked up to her with confidence, stopped her and said "this is really random, but I thought you looked cute and wanted to say hi". We talked for a bit about her outfit, and I asked if she always this stylish. Then we talked about what we study, where we're from. Blah blah blah blah blah. Ended with getting her number and a hug. Later that night I texted her and we chatted for a bit. But then she flaked and never replied. Did I have my hopes up? Yeah. Did I get upset? Yeah. But it's what it is. Did it once can do it again.
