One of my favorite lines to confirm day of is, "Hey, I'm gonna be 5 minutes late because I'm gonna be coming from a meeting (or whatever). Is that alright?"
If she's not gonna show she will tell you she cant make it. If she is then she'll say its fine.

Yeah man but the point of the line I gave him is to confirm the date without looking needy. Sending a clear text to confirm will already be seen as needy, calling will be even more so.

Calling is roughly the same, just a bit bolder and the girl is more likely to give an answer over the phone.

Tinder is a very buggy app and quite often messages are lost, or people don't pay much attention to notifications there, as opposed to their regular texting apps.
Always get her phone number or at least FB, and move off tinder before a date. Otherwise chances of a flake with just tinder-chat are very high.

its a female lol, theres no point in trying to figure it out. in my experience its completely random from girl to girl. chances are shes going to flake. I dont even bother texting girls anymore. If i get a number i usually wait 1-3 days and then randomly call, usually after 9pm 80% of the time they pick up because its late in the evening they dont know who is calling them and want to find out, from there im good enough on the phone to where i can build enough rapport on the call to usually get them to just come over to my place right then and there, it works about 50% of the time, so out of ten tinder numbers ill get a few lays just from that method. its no bullshit and in the 20 minute convo shell get to know your personality more than all the texting in the world.
