Start with something simple and unique. Have a short conversation. Act funny/witty/exciting. Make up an excuse to end conversation temporarily, but mention that you'd love to continue it in the future. Ask her to text you.

Most girls with say something like "sure whats your number", you give it to them and await a text shortly after saying "Hey! Its ___".
