The reason why guys get in the "friend zone" is because they treat women like friends, and expect the girls to suck them. They never really show sexual interest because they are afraid to be rejected.

Honestly man you’re not even a late bloomer. I know in or society it seems like most people start having sex and dating at around 16-18 but in reality we only expect that because people who do start at that age typically are louder than the ones who don’t. You are perfectly normal for starting now and don’t beat yourself up about being older at all. That being said, the dating world is a lot of fun. Don’t focus too much on getting into a relationship just yet. Figure out what you like and don’t like. Then when you do find a girl you do like, take things more seriously (sexually). When you get to that point I’ve always thought that being honest and candid with a sexual partner is better than leading them on like you’re some kind of player. Be honest, don’t be clingy, and most importantly have fun. As soon as dating isn’t fun, then it is time to find someone new (don’t confuse dating w relationships because that’s a whole different ball game).

So I was in our shoes but I was this shot cute young kid. Then turned into a ugly young teen. Then when I hit 16 I filled out and some reason my ginger hair went brown. Uh, same boat kinda. I was overweight from 7 to 22. Started losing weight at 22 I am now 24 and getting attention for the first time in my life from girls I find attractive or women in general. I can converse well enough but most sane, childless, and attractive girls my age are in relationships is it okay to go for 18-20? Mostly commenting to see what other tips pop up tho.

I can relate to being a late bloomer because i was one myself. It took me a whole year of pickup to get my first root with a nice South Korean chick while some guys got in it 4 months and others got into serious relationships in 6 months. The journey is your own no one else’s and it will take you where you need to go and show you what you need to know. I was bitter (not saying you are) of still being a virgin banging my head against the wall until finally it happened with some form of luck when i finally had sex I started to realise hang on a second no one else knows i had sex just me so who really gives a fuck if I slept with 20 or 30 or 0 girls. No one is going to keep count only they will keep count of themselves.

So I learned after it happened

1- just be happy where I am. 2- Not to focus on the end goal 3- To just build a story with the girl I’m having a interaction with because girls can have sex extremely easily so it’s less important to them they want to know you first and get a feel for you 4- we have all been there and don’t feel ashamed of where you are. No ones life is perfect it’s unrealistic to expect yourself to have a perfect life just try to make it as enjoyable as you can.

If you want to escalate it to sex (which I'm guessing is what you want) try to create an environment/situation for it to happen in. Invite her over to yours or go to her place, watch a movie, sit close to her, put your arm around her - just this in itself will move you out of the friend zone. Make sure your smelling good, let her rest her head on your chest, grab her hand (hold it), rest it on her thigh. If she's comfortable being that close to you, then psychologically she's already let you through her "no sex" barrier. Compliment her (ask her "what perfume is that?"..."you smell amazing"), make her feel good (all whilst your embraced together). This is one way to go about "getting it done" from there it's up to you how you close it.

Have lots of lube! Don’t use it sparingly! If you’re touching her lower body she’s gonna appreciate lube👌🏾
