Recently started an internship in a cool city and met another pretty hot intern. I asked her to grab lunch at the cafeteria after we had spoken a few times which she immediately accepted, Had a good time and hit it off pretty well... asked her to dinner a few days later which ended up also being great. We kissed after leaving the restaurant and she hit me up 30 mins after I got home saying something flirty. I kept it cool, gave a normal non flirty response and didn’t continue the convo to keep her guessing a little, plus I see her at work during the work. Had a long chat with her mid last week (5-6 days after our date) saying it was chill hanging out and had a good time. She agreed, so I asked about doing something again over the weekend. She kinda froze and made an excuse about a school project she has to work on (summer classes) and said she’d let me know. I hit her up Friday checking in if she was down to hang, where she didn’t get back to me until Saturday night, saying she’s “really busy this weekend but maybe next.” Not sure what happened between her texting me right after our date and then taking 30 hours to reply to a simple text. Things between us at work seem normal, maybe a dash awkward but it could be me reading into it. Would you ask her to do something again or just move on?
