I noticed when I was out and about, I'd often dismiss the opportunity to approach someone when I had dating apps installed, because I figured I'd always have them to fall back on. Once I got rid of them, I've noticed myself approaching more in public. The more I do it, the better I get at it. Also, not being in the top 10% of dudes, the apps destroyed my confidence. Approaching people in public has brought it back.

I'm not saying tinder and bumble are evil, for sure they have their place. But if you find yourself with low confidence and not really getting to know girls IRL, just try getting rid of them and seeing what happens.
