Repetition, routine, habit...these are what bring success.

Become the social guy who talks to strangers, practicing a little every day, eventually you will be meeting people without trying

I was like this in school, I wanted a sexual relationship but didn't have the confidence or willpower to pursue one. I also had good support groups around me, so I didn't feel lonely. Moving away from my support groups changed things. Going out alone is much different, not at all fun unless you force yourself to socialize. I had to make it my hobby, 2 hours a day studying social interactions and another 2 hours practicing. Dating apps are great because you can practice on your phone at home and set up dates at your convenience. You must remember you are practicing, so don't judge yourself harshly. Set short-term and long-term goals, take notes, and study from many different sources.
