I was at the pool earlier and kept catching this guy looking at me… not in a weird way, just… very intentional

at some point I looked back and didn’t look away this time and he kinda smiled

later he walked past me and said something small, but his tone felt different, like he already assumed we had some kind of connection

I didn’t really play into it too much, just kept it light

but I’m curious…

was that actual confidence or just coincidence?
