I'm a 25 year old who's had sex twice in my life (both one night stands two years apart)

I've always been good not only with befriending men but establishing myself as a leader among men, but that status has rarely transferred to women.

But I'm taking a 180 in my life and going into piano for my Master's. I got in so I feel like a reach that level. Should I just focus on my skills with piano so success with women will come secondary to that? Napoleon Dynamite's brother said "chicks dig skills," so I feel like my uncommon ability on piano is helpful. I don't want to use this as a crutch, but isn't it more important to be so good at something that you attract everyone (including men or women you're not interested in) than to be good at specifically attracting women?

I'm drunk and not following this completely, but it seems like you should tailor your abilities to yourself and not to a version of you that is statistically more likely to impress women.

I guess my original point is that you shouldn't focus on attracting women as the only important skill in your life, but you should focus on what you're good at/what advances you in life/what makes you unique, so mentioning that skill will help you attract women with common interest. Don't focus on the needs of women you want, but on your skills and what makes you a better person. Your transformation is more important than the people you want to emulate
