Was there an opportunity to #close here? [small report leading up to question]

• Went to bar with friend for some fun
  
• Met a cute girl in the lineup - instant connection, vibing on the same topics, effortless/natural game
  
• Inside the bar, it's revealed she has a guy
  
• Facebook close girl + her group - girl still hasn't responded to Facebook invite
• Eventually transitioned back to her place with her guy - dude is a typical nice guy
  
• Girl is being incredibly seductive to me and my mate all night
  
• Eventually have to leave her place, despite being enticed to "stay up all night" - I left my pack at my friend's place
  

The #close situation was simply a tight spot to snip at. At the bar, she was always chilling with her boy. Before he even arrived, I wasn't comfortable closing because we were still in the early stages of getting to know each other. At her house, her bf was sitting inches away from me and my mate. The complex was small enough so that everything if not suspicion can be heard.

What are some ways you would have handled this, at least minimally for a #close? I was around her place for a good portion of the weekend after I caught her on Facebook but she hasn't confirmed anything on that end yet. She offered me free painting lessons, something she is terribly passionate about, so I've been trying to look into that at the very least.
