The reason it is likely brought up is because you get defensive about it. The easiest way to overcome it is to deflect with humour, the first example you can take as a compliment and could be used as a conversation starter if it was an attractive woman who served you. Second example you could deflect saying if you call your mom and you dinners ready you wont be staying to help out - this may actually be someone who cares about your well-being though (I've had an over caring boss in the past) don't do this is that's the case, you need to focus on the intent more than the words. Third example - see first example. Looking young wont last forever believe me, enjoy it while it lasts. Most men don't grow old gracefully and look like a model - Source: I am a man getting older. Always keep in mind because this is something you are insecure about its possible you will be over-analyzing the comments.
