All I can suggest is if you aren't already, workout.
I'm a tall guy myself (6'2") and work a 9-5 in front of a computer, so can find myself slouching with bad posture at times.
Since starting /r/bodyweightfitness I've noticed that my posture has improved and when I walk I'm more confident in my movements. I think this is a combination of actually correcting my posture naturally and being more confident in my body as I'm 'pumped' more often due to the workouts.
If your not working out, try doing this twice a day, it might help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTV6UCh-yhs
I know I haven't really answered your question, but I this is all I can offer you buddy.

In my experience the best workout for posture is rows - i.e., back and shoulder work.
I think a hunched posture usually comes from a disproportionately weak back. A stronger back will straighten your posture, and pull your shoulders back.
I've found that back work is even more effective than chest work at improving the apparent size of your chest.
As for walking, relax and take slightly slower, slightly longer strides. This uses your leg muscles more, and leg workouts might help with smoothness/relaxation. Also, keep your eyes up, looking at the world around you, not on the ground, inwardly focused.

6'1" here with uber long legs and previously poor posture.
In terms of working out, ditch the push ups and work only on pull ups. Buy an elastic resistance band and do band pull aparts and face pulls. Stretch your hip flexors, quads, chest and shoulders (google it). Do squats (gloots for the sloots).
While walking, don't worry too much about posture apart from keeping your shoulders pulled just a little bit back, and maybe hold your head up very slightly. A little is better than a lot.

Dont worry about it man! Just roll with it. There's nothing wrong with walking a little weird. Learn to accept it as part of you and even use it as ice breaker! Turn a perceived weakness into a strength
