Polarisation is the ability to generate emotions and getting out of "neutral mode". Nobody want to be neutral, we love to be polarised : we like and we dislike, we agree and we disagree, we go left and we go right.

By being vulnerable and honest about yourself, you will make her position herself about you. If you touch her, she can like or dislike your touch. If you tell her something you like (or ask her what she likes) you can both position yourself on that matter and get to know each other. Basically polarising is being confident enough to be yourself, going for what you like or want, and welcoming whatever she can share with you.

It's the opposite of trying to make every girl like you by trying to please them. It's better to strongly disagree and have a playful argument about something than just following anything she says and not having a mind of your own.

This why only reading books such as Models isn't enough. You also have to watch infield videos by guys whose vibe you like, in order to see what approaches and successful conversations look like IRL.

Stuff like polarizing the girl, negging, etc. barely happens in the PUAs I like watching who tend to use very natural technique. They try to be "in state" in their bodies feeling strong physical attraction and then go with the flow of conversation which mostly sounds very ordinary and un-gamey. The main thing they're good at - besides being fearless - is keeping the flow going with no pauses where the girl might lose interest and walk away, and unerringly going for the number close or instadate.

I don't like fat girls. I think batman is better than superman. I like fake boobs because they are always big. Italian music is the best.
