A spy camera with 1920x1080 pixels with a remote control works wonders. I used one without a remote, but its battery only lasted about 1:30 hours (one hour and half). With a remote, you can turn it on and off whenever you want, is better for the battery life and also aim for 4K.

I had a spy camera placed inside a small handbag that I held under my arm or acros my chest and that how I was able to film pretty decent videos and nobody suspected anything weird. However, to remove any trembling and to increase the sound level, you'll need After Effects.

This is an example of a video after it was edited in After Effects and I have added blur, increase the sound level, removed the trembling and used all kinds of options in the Color menu to make it more natural VIDEO because the original video is too sharp (high intensity) and a kind of small trembling that was removed.
