Good habits can kill AA if you have a consistent schedule. Look good, smell good, lift heavy, tan, and clean fresh clothes. Physical activity such as sports, cardio, meetups for volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, dodgeball (great way to meet cool people too). A little meditation and a big energy drink before you go out.

Do all of these, and you are gonna have some great nights.

Look up opinion openers. It's just a simple opinion type question to get you used to talking to girls. Just don't expect to be suddenly be getting laid from them but see them as a way to start talking to girls. Once your comfortable with doing that, then come back and look for the next step.
