I'm in that initial stage where I just started facing my emotional traumas, and I just would like to know, how much time did it take to you guys to conquer your fears and be able to date and have sex regularly, and what would you do different back in the time when you were just starting, things that are not that evident but actually turned out to be an integral and necessary part of your development.

I promised myself that this year I'm going to change. I've read everything here an there last year, and now is time to take action. After like 2 years without approaching a single girl, I was able to approach 3 this year, and the last girl actually left frustrated after spending 2h talking with me because I didn't make a move on her.

I'm just asking for the voice of experience. What were your best choices? What do you regret? What would you do more intensively and what would you avoid?

Have a good one, fellas.

EDIT: Spacing.
