I'm confident, good looking, good at conversation, good at most things with girls.... except from taking a girl from strangers with nothing in common except location to romance.

I find my biggest remaining problems is that my ability to start conversations with girls is comparable to John Madden analysis:

"Oh, were on an elevator together. You have a cute face. We're both wearing shoes. These walls are slightly reflective, but not entirely."

I literally go into John Madden mode. A fix is remembering pickup lines and cliche approaches, but I don't want to know punchlines... I want to develop the skill of gliding into conversation elegantly. Seeing a girl and engaging in interesting and valid conversation smoothly.

Any advice?
