Girls you are with get teased a lot for being with you? You're asking how you should react? Personally, I would say don't react. It's not worth a second of your time to acknowledge an AFC trying desperately to convince your girls they are with the wrong guy. She is laughing because he is an AFC. What can you do with an AFC as a girl besides laugh or say "how sad..." ?

Pretty much anytime a guy gives you shit, it's because they're jealous or butt-hurt about something. It may sound like feel-good bullshit, but it's true like 99.999999% of the time.

How do you respond? Most of that comes from experience. But, if you don't have experience, the best thing you can do is simply not give a fuck at all and react naturally in the moment. Just keep the principle of not-giving-a-fuck in mind, and pretty much anything you say will be appropriate. Hell, sometimes, you don't even need to say anything, because the other guy will make himself look like an idiot since he's acting all butt-hurt.

I was at a BBQ with several friends this weekend. For whatever reason, I was describing my masturbatiom habits as a joke to them. A lot of them found it funny, but one of the guys made a small quip about me having a small dick. Maybe he was jealous that I was making people laugh or whatever, and he wasn't getting attention. I don't know. Anyway, I just responded along the lines of, "yeah man, it really sucks that I have micropenis". The point is, don't let the other guy get to you. Here, I just acted as if the other guy is joking along with me (even though I knew he was being snarky), so I responded with a joke.
