Put yourself out there. As long as you put yourself out there, women will start falling into your lap...at which point it's your job to make they stay around, of course. :)

On a related note: before I got into a relationship I was doing online dating mostly, and got to the point I was having women over at my place 3 times a week. You can get more than that too, if you have the time

You have to find the transient population of your target demographic, and where they hang out.

Not many chicks want to have a ONS and then see the person in the grocery store 2 days later. and a few ONS's in your favorite bar and your reputation will tend to prevent future hookups (unless the place is really a meat market). Plus you want a safe place where you can hang out and not have to hide if you PYDIC, ideally don't shit in your own backyard.

So, hotel bars, sports venues, go anywhere travel is occurring - business, vacations, concerts, sporting events, conferences.
