At face value, the number one rule about texting is to use it as a means to an end, strictly.

however, there are circumstances where this rule has to be bent. This rule assumes that your logistics are sufficient. In this case, your logistics are not.

I am also going to assume you know why to use texting as a means to an end as well.

A second date in 10 days time without communicating with the girl is, well, not good by any standard. If you DONT text in that time period, you are screwing yourself (imo) more than if you DO. It is ok to send texts here and there, but the more you do it, the bigger hole you can dig yourself into. Too much, she can lose interest. Too little, she can lose interest. It is ultimately situational.

Probably beating a dead horse, but you should primarily work on making your logistics better. It circumnavigates a whole host of issues, including this one.

I personally have never felt as if there was a proper etiquette for texting between dates simply going with the flow has always seem to be the best method for me and as long as both parties are indulging in conversations back and forth then allowing various subject manner to manifest itself in the mist of conversation should be no problem as for letting a female know that she is still on your radar a simple text does the job something like "I enjoyed myself tonight we should plan to do it again" goes a long way and that type of message should be sent within a hour after the dates has ended and the day after the date so that she knows you were thinking of her

There is no proper texting etiquette because it's dynamic?

You aren't eating dinner with in-laws you're interacting with another human being who has a whole other life you are trying to be a part of.

Anyways an important thing to consider when you are texting is immediately set up the next date/encounter.

Get it out of the fucking way as early as possible because, if you're texting her, you're interested in her so you should probably see her again.

Doing it early means any light hearted texting in between can only work in your favour because you already set the date up, and if she flakes on you in between that time it's an easy indication of how she's currently feeling about you.

But generally, have fun when texting. Don't try to have some texting rulebook from r/seduction because it will go horribly wrong and be awkward ad fuck.

I usually wait a day before I text after a date and keep texting to a minimum, mostly to arrange another meet.
