Charismatic - intoxicating charm.

Smooth - does everything right, always says the right things.

Unless you're sleeping with 100+ girls a year, this is way overthinking and there's way more other things that you need to improve on first before worrying about these sorts of things.

Strong mindset, good body language, great eye contact, how you walk, how you talk are all way more important than what's the difference between these two when it comes to sexual tension.

This is just semantics. You don't need to worry about it for any practical propose. Should you be charismatic or smooth? Who cares? Be both.
