I am interested in setting up a fwb and I'm more than a little confused about what people have said on this topic in other posts. I've read that people don't like to cuddle or hold hands with a fwb, because a fwb is basically just a "masturbation tool", but I find these actions to be just as rewarding as sex. And this is what I'd like in a fwb situation. This is in contrast with the fact that people are of course okay with hand holding in a casual dating situation. If casual dating is defined as everything dating before a committed LTR (is this the accepted definition?), then is this really different than a fwb?
