Then you can do a lot of daygame and street game around bar and clubs. Or visit a country where you can enter clubs/bars at 18y/o.

I did most of my learning game alone, so it's possible, before going out watch a motivational infield then go out and approach.

Regardless, try to be always "on" with game. See a girl you like as you get out the gym? Approach.

See one at the coffee shop? Approach.

See one in the nightclub? Approach.

The opportunities are limitless if you are willing to let yourself see them.

As far as going out alone? I by far do my best when I am alone.

Going out alone allows you to be in complete control of your surroundings; i.e. you can't blame your wings, and your wings can't blame you... whether that be subconscious, or overt blame. This will help you to improve your game as well. Looking at what you might improve for next time.

My experience with wingmen was shit when I was a beginner. We would just TALK about game for hours until the day went by and we'd say we were just too tired or its just too late to game now.

Since you're worried about going out on your own you're gonna be one of those guys who'd just wanna talk if you had company so I'd advise you to go on your own until you get over your approach anxiety.

That said, if you don't try to be wingmen as beginners (i.e. help each other get girls) and instead try to compete with each other then that'll do wonders for your game.

I like it. A lot. It's hard but it feels right knowing I can take care of myself alone, I don't need anyone else around to be a cool motherfucker and mac on some chicks. That's a really powerful feeling. It's worth it you know, cold approach. u/kaabam is right, you should get a fake ID.

Do it. You'll thank yourself later.
