Move out.

In all honestly, gaming does involve getting into situations that can cause a shit ton of embarrassment. Its much easier to be relaxed and go ahead with this when you can have some expectation of anonymity. Also, there just are a lot more women living in mid-size or large cities.

Dude small town game is about social circles and where you stand in them. If you're down now it's unlikely you're going to comeback without a major fitness change. Even then, it's better to move out.

I have buddies that could get girls in the city but are made to feel like helpless losers in their hometown. You might be the same. Move out.

Get a car and/or move to another town.

Seriously, develop your career to the point where you are successful, only then will you be able to be successful in a small town environment.

Even then, it can be difficult to change how girls see you.

On top of the fact that you will need to practice being confident and flirting and having sex to actually get good at it. You will make mistakes and in a small town, this can really harm your reputation.

Small towns and communities are good for some things, but this is not one of them.
