Just looking for consensus. I have a one and done policy, where if I invite a girl to something and she doesn’t have a positive response, it’s over for me.

But inviting/making plans is a hard shot, and it’s easy to abandon pursuit here if no positive response. But you don’t always want to invite right away, when you are just initiating or building rapport.

Sometimes you can also abandon the pursuit early, like not getting a text back, or uninterested in pigging back conversation. But this is a soft shot, and it’s sort of in a grey area where you haven’t declared interest explicitly.
