Speaking as a woman attracted to men:

Men who have a certain specific kind of artistic talent are attractive, like Bo Burnham or Charlie Day.

Men who are funny and self-deprecating from a place of strength (not because they actually believe they are inferior), like Ryan Reynolds, are attractive. This is very very hard to pull off unless you are Ryan Reynolds, though. If you are the kind of person who posts on /r/seduction, just ban yourself from self deprecating humor instead.

Men who show their faults and showcase vulnerability are attractive. Almost everyone will tell you Joey is less attractive than Chandler on Friends, even though Joey appears more physically attractive, because he does not appear self-aware about his own faults. Men who won't show their faults may be superficially appealing but we quickly lose interest. Ricky Gervais was attractive in the early 00s when he used to talk about his faults and went on Parkinson portraying himself as a nobody who was thrilled to be there. Now that he is arrogant, nobody finds him attractive. Same thing with Donald Glover.

Men who do nothing but talk about their faults are also unattractive, though, like the "sad sack" character in many comedies (eg Ted from Scrubs). We can tell they focus on their faults because they don't like themselves, instead of saying "I don't care who knows about my faults because I like myself".
