You've answered it yourself, well i would call it rather intent than voice tone, the seductive tone sets the person you're talking to on a trail of realvealing the intent behind the interaction.

A friendly one is where you’re using your non sexual attention, vice versa.

If you’re seducing her and flirting, that’s sexual attention so it isn’t really a friendly conversation.

If you’re talking about the best country in the world then that’s a friendly conversation, a conversation that she can have with anyone and doesn’t get her wet. So you have to value your non sexual attention. You should always be flirting or seducing when you’re with her
