You've got your own agenda, yes? If you're walking into a group, take in the group as a whole (i.e., don't just look at the AMOG) with a look and greet all of them ("hey guys, how's it going", or something similar). This does two things: it highlights the AMOG's juvenile behavior and it gives you the floor. You'll get the typical perfunctory responses to your "what's up", "what's new", "how's it going"; immediately after, you've got a moment to take control of the conversation. Ask someone other than the AMOG a question, comment on the surroundings, something.

Depending on my mood I usually like to call him on it, or return with something of similar vulgarity. Then again this is probably a bad approach for any sort of cold approach, because they don't know my personality (I work in kitchens, so I'm a good humored (vulgar) asshole). Something like "Not shit, bitch" or "Same shit, another fucking day". Again, I would not recommend this for any cold approach, or with your friends (as neither of these responses are crafted to generate attraction. They are merely off the top comebacks to people like this).

If its in a group you don't know (cold approach) simply ignoring them could work, but could also lower your value (if the group knows and is comfortable with the AMOG). If its at a bar/party (anything where booze might be expected) you could use a line like "Wow, sounds like someone's been drinking the whiskey/tequila (any booze that typically makes people 'violent'). You gonna get me a shot?"

Either way what you respond with, isn't as important as how you respond. Think of this as a shit test from the dude. If you pass he will think better of you, and the best way to deal with AMOG's is to befriend them. However if you over react, or let it break your frame, he will know your that 'overly sensitive bitch' (the girls will also notice this).

Again, it all comes down to your own personality for what you respond with. Personally if they (male/female) open aggressively, Ill respond aggressively. But that fits my personality, and I can say it in a way that they know I'm just joking around/having a good time. In the end it really just comes down to not letting their comment bother you. Remember, its just another shit test that you need to pass!
