Don't mistake push with offensive lines. They are not.

Pull - means showing interest.

Push - means not showing interest. Note, that I didn't say "showing disinterest". You don't have to explicitly show disinterest. Just stopping showing interest is more than enough to accomplish your goals.

So if you touch a girl (PULL), then stop touching her for a while (PUSH). You don't have to hit her (explicitly showing disinterest)

If you kiss a girl (PULL), then don't kiss a girl for a while (PUSH).

If you say compliment "You have nice hair" (Pull), then next sentence you can say neutral think (PUSH).

If you are with her (PULL), then when you are apart is (PUSH).

This is much better way of doing PUSH/PULL. Rather explicitly showing disinterest. This way you avoid going overboard.

Right, this is a good question. What I would offer is that the push/pull should be used in a playful manner. You're not necessarily trying to be mean, but rather tease her in a way that would be very hard for her to interpret as genuinely offensive.

Don't go too far about appearance or character, and make sure she is aware that you're not being 100 percent serious.

To explain it better, I am going to give you a very basic example:

Lets say you have met a cute girl and she has a really nice personality.

She doesn't know how to cook and you don't know either.

You can say something like:

"I would consider getting married with you but we would starve to death ahahahaha"

So you pull her by saying you would like to get married with her, and then you push her by saying it would not work out because you would starve.

Also everyone knows that you're not really going to get married with her, so she doesn't take it too seriously.

A bad example would be like:

"I would consider getting married with you but your waist is so thick that you would look like a wedding cake in a wedding dress."

This is a bad example because even if she knows that you're joking, you can make her self-conscious about her waist and drop her mood.

Experience, and calibration to the girl. Try pushing a few girls too hard until they finally snap.
