I’m at my wit’s end with this situation involving a woman at work. She’s 28, and when we’re together, we have a great time. She laughs, sometimes compliments me, and she let it slip that she talks about me at home in a positive way to her grandma/brother. She is friendly. She texts me first. However, this only happens when I ignore her. The moment I try to pursue her or suggest meeting outside of work, she either makes excuses or starts acting like she’s above it all. We have met a couple times outside of work, like 5 times no escalation… because we’re co-workers, I don’t want to shit on my food.. 5 months like this.

• Sometimes she compares me to other men, exes most of the time. • She was really depressed the first time we met, now seems way better she quitted weed and diet coke. • We talked and shared way too much information about our lives with each other.

I don’t understand this and I need help.
