When to text after first date?

I always tell them to text me when they got home safely. Never happened that they didn't let me know. So I just always go from there.

Whenever it "feels right" really. Because, you now, if it feels right to you, then 50% of the people involved at least are doing ok and feeling right.

And if you're doing ok and feeling right, then she's more likely to do ok and also feel right, if she likes you, so practically 90% of the people involved are all-right.

So do it when you feel like it.

If it helps, usually I text as soon as I get home if it was a short date but it went extremely surprisingly well. if it was a long exhausting date that went great but it's late by the time we each get home, I wait longer. I also wait longer if it was a mediocre date regardless of length (usually next day).

If it was a crappy date I may wait a few days or never text her about a date again.

But if we had tons of undeniable fun and laughed and kissed and it was amazing -- I will text that night.

If it's mediocre at best.. next day. Partly because I don't feel like it and partly because I don't want to come across as too eager when we didn't even really have that much fun.

So basically measure how much fun you had and she had and it's the inverse of that, is my intuitive rule.

If you like her and are into her and want something to work out, the second you are out of her presence - or when you get home. I love when guys do that when the date is amazing.

Casual hookup, whenever you feel like it.
