I'll find a girl at a concert/festival/club and dance on her or grab her hips. They will be 100 percent fine with it,but their friends won't.

Often what's happening here is one of two things:

The girl isn't fine with it and she wants her friends to bail her out. In which case, she'll "reluctantly" allow her friends to pull her away without bothering to try to set-up a meet with you or without trying to get back to you later.
The girl IS fine with it but you ignored her friends. This mistake is easy to rectify by simply interacting with her friends instead of going in hot and totally focused on getting things escalated.

Some of this just comes down to the crowd that is attracted by a particular venue.

The only way to avoid some of this stuff you're mentioning would be to spread yourself around to different clubs/venues. Some places just attract drama.

It means you aren't doing it right. If you have a wing, they should run interference to avoid a cock block. If you are solo, you should be engaging the girl enough so that, she isn't being a cunt later. Sometimes, there is no getting around someone being a cunt. Take digits, hit her up later. What I notice is, when a girl just makes eye contact, and they almost sort of nod as in giving approval. means no LMR later or cock blocking. Other times, it feels like 24, and you are defusing a bomb. Been my experience to better start a new thread, hit next set, and you can always approach again later.
