Jealousy.

The idea of her meeting someone she likes more or who has better “game” than me.

One of the deepest and most difficult insecurities to handle.

Jealously and a fear of loss.

I totally agree with the above comment about getting jealous. The thought of her coming across someone she perceives as more “alpha” than me literally turns my insides. Overall, just the fact that she likes someone more than me is like a kick in the gut.

This is a major problem for me regardless of the situation. Even if we’re not exclusive, and I could be talking to multiple girls, I still get pissed off at the idea of her texting other guys, let alone hanging out with them.

Another major issue I have which is probably an even bigger concern, is a constant fear of loss. When a girl likes me, I immediately jump into a frame of mind of: “does she still like me today?” Or, “how long until I turn her off?”

It’s self sabotaging and I thoroughly believe is being conveyed through sub communications no matter how confident I try and remain. I always feel as though I’m not good enough, and someone better will come along.

This is very distorted on my end, she could reach out and call me everyday, and I’ll ignore those obvious IOI’s and focus on my own performance and if I came off strong enough.

You sound like you've been kissing girls' cheeks and necks wayyyy too much. Stop doing that. I mean -- keep doing that, but start kissing their mouths more.

You're just not used to it. Also your last sentence sounds weird (I'd rather kiss a girl than grab her ass -- I can grab her ass any time I want, but I can't always just kiss her, randomly).

For kissing, start by just putting your lips up against hers, and just move your lips in response to what she's doing. If she starts to add some tongue in the middle, then you can jut out your tongue a bit and do the same. I've been with my girlfriend for 4 years, and even now, we don't have any sort of "standard" kissing technique.

My advice is to just fuckin do it (you think you suck, and maybe you do, but that's not always true, and it depends on the girl). Mainly, just mirror whatever she does. She moves her lips one way, you move yours the other way. She moves her tongue one way, you move yours the other way. It's a pretty simple thing once you've done it a few times.

My biggest insecurity is that I'm too arrogant to have an actual insecurity -- maybe fear of loss in general? I used to be insecure about my dick until I found out it was average. I used to be insecure about my height until I found out that was average too.

I used to be insecure about all kinds of shit when I was a kid. But now I'm an adult and don't care anymore. And I don't need to kiss a girl's titties.

I'm insecure about not setting up a scenario where everyone is able to have a good time. I know what I enjoy in most moments, but when I try to concern myself with women enjoying themselves also, I tend to be insecure that I'm not being empathetic or "reading the room".
