Ok, so I go to school in ca and the weather is obviously super nice so people are always biking/skate boarding. Anyways, something really weird has been happening.

At least once a week I will either make eye contact with a cute guy, say hi to a guy or just be in the general vacinity of a guy (who will then look at me) and a few seconds later they always fall off their skateboard/bike.... Usually I wouldn’t notice this kinda thing, but it seems like everyone I talk to crashes. I am quite social so I usually chat with them a bit after. They all say they really loved talking to me etc. etc. but no one ever asks for my number. They are always quite attractive and I definitely seem interested when I talk to them.

I’m so confused. Is this some sort of weird pickup strategy I haven’t heard of- if so why don’t they ask for my number (lol). Am I just scary looking for some reason?

In terms of my own attractiveness I am not sure. When I go out other drunk girls (who I don’t know) usually come up to me and say I look beautiful or sexy or something but guys never say a thing and kinda tend to avoid me. Advice?
