I found that when I approach women my biggest issue is fear...by far. So I thought to myself, "How can I control and put my fear in perspective?" I decided a good way would be to look up articles on fear and see how it works in my mind. After reading some great articles (I suggest it for anyone), I found one of the key ways to relieve stress is to be able to put yourself into a relaxed state on command. That sounds hard to do but it can be learned. How? One way is through a yoga class. :-)

Now admittedly you can't just pop into a tree pose in the middle of the club, but you can control your breathing, find your center, put everything in perspective, and clear your mind no matter where you are. It seems like a lot to be able to just conjure up almost immediately but I assure you it can be done all on command with enough training. But ironically you find with enough practice you develop a base calm too which follows you everywhere. And what is one of the few things women almost unanimously agree is attractive? A man existing in a relaxed, comfortable state.

Still not convinced? If not then do this. Start by going for the yoga pants; if you need any more reason than that then nothing I can do will help you any way lol. You can start with the yoga pants but despite that keep an open mind to the yoga's efficacy. Admit it may work. Then just go with the flow of the class. Go along with what the instructor says. Actually try to immerse yourself in the experience as deeply as possible. What you'll find is intense. Not only will you become more flexible, you'll get greater balance, have a lower resting heart rate and find this amazingly beautiful calm wash over you; a calm which will follow you everywhere.

Edit: As a word of advice don't run game on the girls in your class; at least not until you go multiple times. Don't make it about running game because it may detract from your experience. Plus if you wait a few weeks you'll make her more comfortable to talk to you (cause a lot of people only show up once or twice then leave)
