I will be starting work at a new, well-paying job in the near future and, as reputation has it, the hours are going to be terrible. 60-80 hour weeks are the norm, coming in on weekends is expected, and stress is unavoidable.

This will be my second job that has demanded a large time-commitment. During my current job, I'm working around 60 hours a week depending on seasonality, and I'm barely making enough time for self-improvement/putting myself out there. I feel that too often I have big dreams (i.e. making lists of things I want to improve and get better at), but they fall flat when I come home after a long day. One thing I've noticed is the amount of people at my work who have "no lives" outside of work, and this rings especially true for love life. Although I'm doing okay for the time being, I feel that any further strain might push me into the classic "workaholic" category.

I guess this post is less seduction-specific and more about self-improvement and maintaining an attractive lifestyle, although I'd be very interested to hear how some of you juggle dating/relationships/going out with a crazy work schedule. Please share any tips or tricks that help you maintain your sanity and completeness as vibrant adult. For example, some sample daily routines, hobbies, and time saving advice would be very helpful.
