You may not think it matters, but you must be relentless with the quality of your own thoughts.

You must stand on guard, any time you hear any negative or critical self talk, you must pick those out of your brain like weeds from a garden, since the weeds will eventually overtake the fruit.

Many of you are likely in a garden overgrown with negative thinking weeds. You must expose yourself to only positive things (turn off your TV, go outside, exercise, eat well, learn something).

At first your negative thought momentum will be overwhelming, but eventually you will be thinking positively on autopilot. Only periodically will you have to monitor and correct your negative thinking.

You must foster this positive mindset and outlook in order to attract and keep around high quality women. If you act like you got it together, but meanwhile have negative thoughts and self talk, women will see through it eventually (sooner rather than later) and will be repelled.

Instead, you must foster this positivity yourself so that you can be her rock, so that your positive frame dominates when she is emotional, otherwise you will be reactive and unhelpful.

Be relentlessly positive. No matter what. Never allow negativity to remain in your mind.
