I was wondering what the best country is to get married/divorced. The two being closely linked, in that if you don't have oppressive divorce laws marriage becomes more viable.

In Thailand, you aren't required to pay any childsupport for out of wedlock children, for example. This would make an informal marriage where all support is voluntary and private viable. Meanwhile, in the UK and Australia, you can get 'divorced' even if you don't get married, if you cohabit with a woman. There are also a lot of countries that technically have laws for these sorts of things... but they're utterly apathetic towards it.

Which countries do you think marriage/divorce is most viable in? And which would you utterly avoid?
