In what way is she fabricating evidence. What techniques is she using? Mine would start an argument with me - and even though I would stay calm she would still claim that I was threatening her or being abusive. Now, when something like this starts I take out my phone and tell her I'm recording the rest of the conversation. All of the accusations have stopped.

That's just one thing, but it worked really well for me.

Honestly, she probably won't get away with any of it in court. Her word against yours, most likely. Evidence that will stand up in court is very difficult to fabricate. Another good tactic is to just stay positive and treat her stupid accusations like the bullshit that they are.

If she is fabricating *actual* evidence, like making fraudulent financial transactions in your name, then let us know the details.

Keep records of all communications and interactions. The best way to combat lies is to have evidence that contradicts them. Also keep track of her communications with you because it may provide evidence contradicting claims her lies make about her. Emails and texts are easiest to document. If you live in a one-person-consent state, it's worth using your phone to record in-person conversations.
