Since this sub is more active than r/Femalelevelupstrategy I wanted to ask this here. Are there any other users who are in the engineering or STEM fields that would be willing to PM me and give advice on strategically navigating a fledgling career and networking with other women? I'm starting my first international internship in research next week and am nervous about leveraging the opportunity as effectively as possible to help my future prospects. I'm trying to network with more women instead of men, but that can be hard to do in engineering.
