I think the worst part of the LVM men in cinema is that even "the best movies of all time" have zero HVW. It's like they know they can't match that energy on film.

People act so shocked when I tell them I don't watch TV or movies. Why would I when all it is is LVM and pickme women everywhere save for the rare example?

I'd rather invest time into starting my business than wasting it being brainwashed by media to think I need to be insecure and settle for any man I can get lol. Women, never forget that you are the prize, no matter what media tells you. Men are the ones who have billion dollar industries because they can't even get enough sex 😂 we are not lacking

I get more irritated by movies/shows that introduce a LVM and then warp the character into a HVM by the end of the series. Examples:

Big from Sex and The City. Am I supposed to believe that a gaslighting, cheating, allergic to intimacy playboy who dates models and spends 6 years yo-yoing a woman who caters to his every selfish whim SUDDENLY sees the light and flies to Paris to be her husband and treats her right forever and ever?
Adam Driver's Character in Girls. The first season Lena is just a piece of ass. He doesn't give a SHIT about how she feels. Reluctantly uses a condom. Juvenile behavior (pees on her in the shower as a "joke"). Sends her a dick pic meant for another woman and then doesn't even bother to really apologize for it. etc. Plus he is directionless, disgustingly messy and generally rude. And then SUDDENLY he is so in love with her and is a serious actor and she ends up breaking up with him and breaking his heart. Their relationship does a few flip flops over the next couple seasons. In the real world nothing changes, he is a LVM who uses you for sex. Always. There will be no change in power. Stop selling that lie.
Ryan from the Office. He spends the entire series treating Kelly like garbage. He clearly doesn't like her beyond a fleshlight he uses to stroke his ego or cure some temporary boredom. Sometimes its like he outright despises her. But for some reason the writers felt it necessary to give them a "happily ever after" so they end up together in the end. If this happened in reality it would not be a happy ending. She would be stuck in an awful marriage with a man who probably wishes he could escape her. Ugh.

Yeah guys like those characters may be funny to watch on screen but are far less endearing in real life.

The only HV person in that entire movie is Maude Lebowski. Everyone else is varying degrees of NV or LV.
