Well, she was def a pickme when she wrote that song...not sure if she intended to lead as much as she was just a pick me writing about her pickme life. That album and the one before it both have multiple pickme songs about Gavin Rossdale. She started seeing him in 1995, but he didn’t propose till 2002! And then they got a divorce after he cheated with the nanny. Typical LVM stuff, like waiting 5+ years to propose. At least she was smart and never gave up her career while raising their 3 sons.
